Helisa from the Heathen Kinship!

     My name is Simon Nightingale apprentice Godhi of the newly formed Heathen Kinship. I heard about this web-site and decided to join to try to get in touch with the pagan community at large and to promote our bi-monthly classes.

 Our kinship or kinder is, at this point, a small but ever growing group of Tru men and women dedicated to each other, the gods, and the promotion the Troth. Our Godhi is Sam Heren, an experienced and knowledgeable man who is a member of the rune guild and former head Godhi of the Irminsway kindred. I have already introduced myself and I will allow my other compatriots to  introduce themselves to you at one of our classes.

   The classes are on the second and fourth Sunday’s of each month. The class on the first Sunday of the month starts at 5pm sharp and begins with a separate hour long energy working course. After 6pm it turns into our class Heathen Religious study class which covers such sundry topics as the Gods and Goddesses of our faith, the Great Blessings of the year, and readings of the Sagas and Eddas. The class at the end of the month will be held starting the 26th of this month at the Hobbit Cafe starting at 6pm and will have much the same topics as the other Heathen Religious class but will be more geared towards beginner heathens and others not familiar with the Northern path.
